今天我演讲的题目是“成功与胜利永属自强者”。

他们面对挫折和失败，坚强地站起来，用自己毅力，勇气和智慧扬起自强的风帆，驶向胜利的彼岸，中国女足就是这样一个自强不息，顽强拼搏的光荣团体，为了祖国的荣誉，只愿付出和奉献;她们自信，自强，不怕挫折和失败。
她们把这宝贵的自强精神和献身精神浓缩在竞技场上，印刻在长期的奋斗历程中，书写在一个个金光闪闪的奖杯上，她们的事迹告诉我们。成功与胜利永远属于自强不息的人。
自强不息者的力量来自信念、意志和毅力。那些有成就的革命家、科学家、艺术家、文学家都有着坚定的必胜的信念，有着艰苦奋斗、顽强拼搏的精神，有着百折不挠、奋发向上的毅力。
伟大的革命家马克思身处逆境，自强不息，奋发努力，呕心沥血，花了整整四十年，才有巨著《资本论》的问世。
科学家居里夫人，历经十几年的苦心研究，不怕挫折和失败，才从几十吨矿石中提炼出几克镭。艺术家达·芬奇_顽强的毅力，刻苦磨练，几百次画蛋，才有从蒙娜丽莎的诞生。
我国伟人的文学家、鲁迅先生身处白色恐怖的恶劣环境中，仍顽强拼搏，利用别人喝咖啡的时间努力学习和写作，终于成为中国文坛的巨匠。
纵观华夏五千年历史，自古至今，从万里长城、四大发明到三峡工程，无一不表现出中国人奋发向上，自强不息的奋斗精神，这许许多多的事例都充分说明了自强不息是成功和胜利的重要保证。

in school,i have to take a lot of lessons.some are interesting while some are boring.but it's the responsibility of the students to leam them all well. i have to try my best to finish it.during my growing time,a lot of trouble worried me.that's awful and makes me blue.
although i met with a lot of failure, i still have a lot of gains.i can make a priceless freiendship. i can leam a large number of usful things,such as being kind,friendly to others, being confident and independent and so on. i think growing pains and gains are coutless.but they actually play an important role in my life and make my life colourful.

可是，当我们渐渐长大的时候烦恼和忧愁就渐渐增多了，压力越来越多快乐就越来越少。我们很难像童年那样自然随性的'大笑，小石块，橡皮绳，或是可爱的洋娃娃再也没有办法让我们兴奋和快乐起来。我们总是会沉浸在自己给自己的烦恼之中，及时什么事情都没发生的时候我们也可能莫名其妙的烦恼一个下午。这到底是为什么呢?不知道大家想过这个问题没有，其实我也是最近才思考这个问题。
有人说人生其实就是在不断平衡和适应的过程，我觉得这句话很对。当我们长的越大，发生的事情越多，我们对现实的需要就会更多，当我们得不到我们想要的东西，我们只会沉浸在失望中，可当我们得到我们想要的东西，我们往往想要更多。这种上进固然是件好事，但是如果我们只顾着一味的追求和得到在其中迷失了自己，我们失去的就会是更多的快乐和满足。怎么样让那些发生的事实变成自己的动力快乐就需要我们用自己的内心去寻找那个平衡点。
孩提时代的我们，得不到我们想要的东西时，我们常常大哭大闹，但是过了一会儿又可以展开笑颜;犯错误被妈妈惩罚之后我们还是可以用袖子抹掉脸上的眼泪，花着脸笑一笑转过身找同伴玩去了。我们
可以很快的忘记那些不愉快的事并且彻底的忘记。不留下一点痕迹。寻找儿时的记忆就是要去寻找孩提时代简单的我们，能够学会平衡的我们。
其实我们都是在为自己而活，因为快不快乐开不开心都是原于自己的内心，同样一件事情发生的时候，有人会觉得那是一种快乐，有人却会觉得是一个打击。所谓高质量的人生，其实就是平衡不断遭到破坏和重建。只有我们自己学会平衡才能真正的把握住自己的生活，把握住自己的快乐。
面对失败和失去的时候，我们可以悲伤可以失望但一定不能绝望，我们要像孩子般很快忘记那些不愉快，找出缺点激励自己勇敢的继续追寻。当我们迎来成功的时候，我们可以开心可以引以为荣，但是我们绝不可以骄傲和自满。要像孩子一般将忘记荣誉只留给自己最简单的快乐，并继续快乐继续努力。

i received a devastating blow to my self-confidence in the first interview of my college years. i applied to be a host in our student acting troupe and felt confident that i would be accepted. but one of the panel members told me: "you seem inadequate and you are a little vertically-challenged." my life has never been the same since. i used bigger heels to complement my height and psychological maneuvers and tricks to hide my lack of confidence. but no matter how hard i tried to look the part, there was still something missing. as president of english club, i organized the rehearsal of snow white for an english party. unfortunately, we could not find an actor to be the last dwarf. it had to be someone who was humorous by nature and fluent in english. suddenly, all eyes turned to me, and i knew i would have to be the dwarf. to my great surprise and delight, once on stage, i was totally absorbed in the performance and my humorous nature was put to full use. as the dwarf, i was a big hit. yes, each of us is only one among millions of others, but each of us is an individual and each of us is unique. cultivating our individuality will transform our lives, making of them a kaleidoscope of new colors and textures. a world deprived of diversity would be a bland and boring place. the real tragedy is not being short or shy or ugly, but having your identity lost in a world in which everyone is a clone of a model cool boy or a flawless charming girl. given a choice, i would rather be ugly than live in such a world. i'd rather be a genuine dwarf accompanying a snow white than be a snow white among nothing but snow whites. i would rather be myself. i would contribute my individual and unique colors to create a more diverse universe. please, be yourself.
