时间一天天的流逝,我们在六年级的日子也越来越少。而我的心也是越来越难受,我就要和我亲爱的同学们分开了,我真的很不舍!

在这几年来这里记录着我和同学们的酸甜苦辣,记录着我们的努力,记录着我和老师之间的亲密。要离开这个母校,我还真是舍不得!这几年我在老师的照料下茁壮成长,在这几年我和同学们一起快乐的学习。快乐的玩耍。这几年的点点滴滴我永远也不会忘记。六年过去了,我们长大了,我们就要毕业了,可是老师还是千叮万嘱,要好好学习,将来要为国家做出贡献!

还记得我刚入学的时候,我很害羞,我不敢主动的去和同学们一起玩耍,最后是同学们来邀请我去和他们一起玩的。我还是和腼腆。最后我被同学的热情给打动了,我接受了他们的邀请。久而久之,我不想刚来时那么拘束了,我开始主动和同学们玩耍。我不开心时同学们就想办法逗我开心,我生气时会说一些令同学伤心的话,可是他们还是会原谅我的。一转眼,我们就快要分道扬镳了,真让人不舍,和同学们在一起的美好时光我永远也不会忘记的!

光阴似箭,日月如梭,我们就要毕业了,可是我真的舍不得同学们。可是天下没有不散的宴席,在小学的六年就要画上句号了。六年的同学就要各奔东西了。六年的同学,我真舍不得你们!

大学这座美丽的象牙塔,它就像谜一样牵动着无数颗学子的心。时光荏苒,恰似昨天相逢,当他们满怀憧憬、带着梦想走出大学校门时,一个严峻的现实摆在他们面前:失业。失业似乎是对那些国企、集体企业下岗职工而言的,如今何以冠在他们头上?又是什么让他们加入到这个失业群体之中呢?

看着周围大学生们在求职路上的奔波与忙碌,那种憔悴不堪的身影和饱尝艰辛的无奈不禁引起了我们对体制的深思。现在,我国的体制、方式确实存在着一定的弊端:一些高校无视社会需求,在学校仍旧进行一种以传授课本知识为主的封闭式,而忽略以社会为导向进行一种能力型、实践型的教学培养,这种割断与社会的联系、盲目的培养方式往往使大学生的专业、技能、学实、水平不能适应当前社会发展的需要,从而导致其在就业市场上不能顺利就业而失业。同时,大学生就业人数的增加与就业岗位之间的短缺也成为大学毕业生就业难的一个重要因素。并且,很多毕业生存在着非大城市、非高收入、环境不好不去的错误就业观念,这往往使他们在就业门前徘徊不前,在竞争中一直处于不利的地位。

面对当前严峻的就业形势,我们应积极采取措施,缓解大学毕业生就业压力,还给他们一个自由发展的空间。

首先,要加强体制改革,实现高等与社会接轨。高校是为国家和社会培养人才的主要基地,应该以社会、市场为需求来培养人才,而不是切断他们之间的联系进行一种封闭式的。为改变当前毕业生就业难的问题,高校应树立科学的发展观,加强与社会的联系,并且要建立科学的评价、分析和预测体系,把握社会实时经济走势和就业市场的变化情况,以市场为导向,以质量为基础,开设专业、设置课程,不断地改革内容、教学观念,从而达到为社会培养人才的目的。

其次,要推进素质建设,优化人才结构,提高学生的实践能力。市场的需求是多样性的,不同岗位对学生素质有着不一样的需求,如果高校培养出的学生动手能力差、心理素质低、社会适应能力不强,必然会导致他们在求职过程中碰壁,在人才市场上缺乏竞争力和吸引力处于一种劣势状态。因此,高校要加强素质建设,优化人才结构,在日常学习中就培养学生的动手操作能力和创新思维,增加社会实践经验,使其在竞争中处于不败之地。 第三,完善毕业生就业市场建设。现在,随着高校招生人数的不断增长、规模的不断扩大,高等已步入大众化。从20xx年开始,高校毕业生连年大规模增加,20xx年全国普通高校毕业生212万,20xx年达到280万,20xx年达到338万,20xx年达到413万,20xx年达到495万,现在已多达559万,而与之相应的就业岗位确迟迟不见上涨,无法与就业人数相协调发展。而且大学生就业高峰与全社会的就业高峰相重叠,不利于毕业生的就业工作。因此,国家、地方、部门要加强毕业生就业市场建设、完善就业市场机制、健全就业信息服务体系,以疏导毕业生人数与就职岗位间的矛盾,缓解当前就业难、压力大的问题,为毕业生提供一个统一规范、和谐健康的就业市场秩序。

锻炼、多长知识能力的目的进行就业,从而为寻求到好的工作打下坚实的基础。

大学是我们许梦和圆梦的地方,我们来的时候踌躇满志、满怀憧憬,走的时候也不能留下任何遗憾。虽然大学生就业难已成为一个普遍的现象,但我们不能因此失去信心,怀着一颗坚持、勇敢、奋斗的心,相信我们的学子之途会更宽、更广,明天会更加辉煌!

job hunting has always been a headache for college students. though many graduates are employed right after graduation, some are not. most serious of all, some still have no idea where to go working even a long time after graduation.

the reasons for this phenomenon are various. on the one hand, a few years ago colleges and universities enrolled so many students in popular majors, such as economy, finance and so on that the number of graduates was greater than the need in the market. on the other hand, most graduates would rather stay in large cities without suitable job to do than go to the country.

i reckon this problem can be solved if both colleges and students take measures. first, they should research the market and develop special skills to suit its need. second, students’ attitude towards employment should be changed. they should go to small cities and country. there they can also give full play to their professional knowledge. in a word, if we pay much attention, the situation can be improved.

in recent years, college students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. it sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent, well-educated and eager to bring their talent into full play. then what underlies the strange phenomenon?

there are several reasons for this. to begin with, nowadays college students aim too high. all they want are “good” jobs which could offer good salary, comfortable working conditions, high social status among others. consequently, most college students are unwilling to accept vacant jobs they consider not “good” enough. another reason is that there is a big gap between the majors some students study in school and the demands of vacant jobs. so companies think some students are not fit for the jobs.

solution to the problem requires efforts on both the society and the students. the companies should value the students, talent and knowledge while the latter should not merely aim at material gains. they should be down-to–earth in building up their career. furthermore, they should face their weak points so as to improve themselves and be more competent.

there is also a issue should be pay attention to. some advertisementssay:"only men available". that's gender discrimination which couldn't be occuredin the modern society. with the development of our society,our women 's abilityare also enhancing. some women even can do some jobs which men couldn't do well.it' not easy to solve the gender discrimination.it needs our government's help,our government should do some propaganda about gender eq equal and make somerules for the companies.
